Hiten Techno is Osram’s Master Distributor for India, appointed across the Osram lamp range — the full catalogue, not a single product line. We import and stock Osram lamps in Mumbai and supply them to industry across India.
On 2 March 2026 Ushio completed its acquisition of the Osram Entertainment & Industry business, which now trades as Ushio INE GmbH within the Ushio Group. The products, the people we deal with and our appointment are unchanged — the same lamps, the same supply, from Mumbai.
